I been going to Marvel Ranch since i was a kid im now 45 years old and Saturday morning i got my usual 3 mini mess, 1 western omelet with home fries with extra onions, 3 eggs over ez with sausage. When i get home my whole order was wrong. The customer service was TROUBLE that morning. I hope the young lady learn how to treat people who been coming there for years and pay attention to people's orders.

I ordered food and waited over an hour after they told me 20 mins. Then I ordered my home fries well down and I feel like I’m eating mashed potatoes and the onions are raw. I get they were busy but at least get my food right when making me wait. They used to be so much better. Idk what has happened.

This place definitely has good food. It is the customer service that lacks big time. The lady that answers the phone ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS sounds like she has an attitude. When I go to pay this white heavy set lady always grabs my card and then slams it down on the counter. She is not friendly at all. Does not say thank you have a good day no nothing she just stands there with an attitude like you just mess her day up by coming in. Please work on your customer service skills. If it wasn't for the customers you guys would not be in business!
