Received a Spa pedicure with gel color. Manicure with gel color and eyebrows done. Totally enjoyed every moment of the pampering.

They have great welcoming attitudes but overwork theirselves. They charge too much for gel polish. They charged without a pedicure...18 for my 10 yr old daughter's feet. Obsurd! They are fast a few of them and do pretty good with designs. Only downfall is they do it in a way that makes your nails weak and nail bed underneath break in half. Also sometimes too much Acrylic and very bad glue comes right off. They don't do good eyelashes. One looked like I had lazy eye. She tried. The pedicures with spa packs are expensive think 25 extra on top of pedicure price. They sometimes put nails crooked but will fix with no problem. They use plastic wrap for the spa tubs. Wished the nails didn't come right off. Nice designs. Very pricey but quality doesn't match.

This is was my first time treating myself since covid-19 and I was very disappointed. I'm usually satisfied here. Its partially my fault though because I assumed the cost and didn't check. But the cost is not really the problem. I spent $168 not including tip for my neice and myself for a mani/pedi with designs every other foot/finger for her ( I did not ask for that) and eyebrows, tips and pedicure with gel (plain) for me. On day 4/5/8 later the polish chipped off my feet as if it were an acrylic nail. 2 of my Acrylic nails came off and most have lifted after 1 week. My neice is 10 and her services cost $68. The tech whom serviced her gave her designs every other nail on her feet and hands but didn't even bother to ask me if the cost was ok. She advised me after the fact. What was I supposed to then. It was already done. But again, my fault. I wasn't paying attention. Bottom line I was not happy at all!!! 3 stars because of past experiences.
