The nails were way too much compared to the quality of it. I got a birthday set for $135 but it ended up breaking in 2 days. Nice work when it comes to the design but it’s not worth the huge price.

Horrible customer service! Go somewhere else! The nail techs and manager have nasty attitudes and are rude. This nail tech took 2 hours to do a refill and reshape, way too long. I asked for a nail color she said she understood but then got too lazy to find the color so instead told me they didn’t have it. She then left me in the back searching through random bottles of gel polish (no organized shelf, no color swatch). I ended up finding the color MYSELF. Where is the customer service? THEN she did my one nail crooked and the owner tried to blame the shape of my finger?! Cthu! I’ve been getting my nails done years with no problem. Also, If the reshape couldn’t be done why didnt you say something when I first sat down?!??! That’s YOUR job to advise the client. The service was just bad, no brushing the shavings of the nail off my hands (there were shavings from the drill everywhere), didn’t clean underneath the nail, no hot towel, no lotion on your hands when it’s done. I have been going here for 5 years they do a good job but the customer service is not on point. There prices are a bit high. When I go there to get my mink lashes done the chair is not comfortable sorry but I think I will be finding another place really soon

I've been going there for a year now, & all nail techs are great at what they do. I have tried all but 3 techs so far & each time I loved the way it came out. Especially, my most recent design done by Stacy. I get compliments everywhere I go. I highly recommend this nail salon.
