First come first serve doesn’t apply here.They pick and choose who they want to give service to. I was waiting for over 2 hours, and it wasn’t even busy. They kept telling me she’s going to do your nails, when shes done when other nail techs were available. A women came after me and was serviced. I was so annoyed. Not going back

I've noticed that if you don't get gel or the more expensive stuff, they do a bad job. But if you get ombre, they will do a better job. They don't want you to just get the plain polish. Their service is okay but it could be better. If you don't tip them well, their service sucks

I went here for the first time on my birthday for a coffin shape full set with gel color. It was a quiet weekday afternoon but I was the only one waiting. The techs weren't friendly upon entry. After sitting there 30 minutes, I was asked to pick a color which usually happens sooner if you're waiting. Eventually I get in the chair and once the women gets to step of applying acrylic, she was doing it far from the cuticle so there was a gap. I asked her to fix it she said it's okay I said no it's not so she fixed it. Long story short, my nails were less than satisfactory. Each nail is a different shape. Some of them are lifting after only one week along with other issues. Just an overall a mess. I will not be returning. *update EIGHT nails came off after less than 2 weeks of getting a full set. They were so loose and broke off with no problem. 😡😡😡 I later realized that the tips she put on were too small. This caused the nails to lift and come off easily.
