Terrible experience. My "counselor " only met with me once over the course of a month. Treatment from the medical staff was atrocious. NO covid protocol and I contracted the virus there.

This place helped me greatly to become a new man and to finally have hope. They honestly care about people. Never again will I be who I was. I'm stronger now.

This place is the best thing to have happened to me. I would have killed my self and wouldn't be here if it wasn't for the staff here. If you let them they will help you .

Give her a call back . Make sure you leave a number for her to reach you back. Other option is to call the main number and they will get her the message

How do I know if I should do outpatient or inpatient treatment?

Get a chemical dependency evaluation. They will make a recommendation. Campus does not offer outpatient however, just short term and co-occurring long term treatment.

What are the visitation and drop off hours?

Last I knew you could call them and use extension 1 to ask someone at the front desk.

I'm 26 and currently going through the admissions process so for me it went as follows: 1.) get all medical records faxed to the facility (hospitals charge a small fee but if you have a doctor they usually fax for free) 2.) your son will have to get a substance abuse evaluation, immanuel hospital does them on tuesdays and thursdays starting at 8am but they only do a limited number on a first come basis so try to be there by 730am, its 17$ if your uninsured. 3.) immanuel will fax the evaluation to CFH and once they recieve it they will call to schedule a screening. this takes between 1 to 3 days. 4.) once your son is deemed eligable your on the list for a bed and that takes between 4 to 8 weeks. they will bill you based on what you can pay, but to my knowledge they dont really expect to recieve payment although im sure they appreciate it. *as a side note I would reccomend your son detox before going in because I personally get very sick to my stomach and they only offer oral medication

Do you take Aetna
