They were absolutely wonderful. They moved my grandmother in less than one day, super nice, communicated great - where did we want stuff, what needs to be put together, etc. No damages, hopefully we won’t have to move again but if we ever do they’ll be the ones we call.

There is probably a good reason R&T doesn't take credit cards and highly encourages cash. So when all the damage is added up, they don't have to deal with credit card and check stops. Missing dishes, lots of broken glass, transported garbage, no set down of large items in the correct location, spending time loading stuff they want for free over your time, smashed clothing storage bags, throwing items on top of each other without regard for fragility, and on, and on. Owner sent me a check for $100 reimbursement. I won't cash it. I'd rather trash the company since the damage was in the hundreds of dollars. He never listened to all the wrongs. Hung up on me and later called to say check in the mail. He didn't even know which CONTRACTORS performed my job. Then didn't know they brought in another guy who they admitted was a mistake. No background checks for people handling your best stuff? Contractors told me they had to take big hits because of claimed damages on recent moves. Well that sure brought a lot of confidence. Please consider what is most valuable to you when hiring this mover.

Overall fantastic service. From the care level to the hard work moving no complaints. Very fair price for the value work. The 3 gentleman that were sent were professional caring and hardworking wasting no time. Highly recommend this company and their service!

The guys were so great! They drove the Uhaul, loaded and unloaded a 4 bedroom house worth of furniture and boxes and did it with a smile and friendly conversation. If I ever have a need again, I will definitely be calling Ralph and his team.
