Good professional staff, eager to help even on a very busy day, the place seemed very well-managed. I note for transparency that I know at least two of the staff from other Social Circles, but I have to say that it is just as well run if not better than any other PLCB wine and spirits store which I have encountered over the years. Staff seem to have deep and thorough knowledge of a multiplicity of products, I understand that the plcb does quite a bit of training, and that knowledge shows among the staff there, top to bottom.

I went there and the guy who works there Dan was talking to his employees and the security guard like they were children. It is so unprofessional to see that especially in this time. He should take them to a private area and handle business.
