I don’t event write reviews, but this bank was so horrible that I had to. They told me I had to get approved for an appointment to register to open a business bank account. 3 weeks later I’m still struggling to get on the phone with the woman who does the business bank accounts. Everytime I call they take my number and say she will call me back. I have called 5 times.

No lines but they make you sign up for an appointment with a series of pointless texts and make you wait for seemingly no reason. I've never experienced an inconvenience like this at any PNC branch.

The whole crew had an attitude. Came all the way for nothing. If you hate your job, please just quit and stop making everyone else’s life so difficult. I went in for two certified checks, the black lady at the counter literally told herself:” I am not going to argue with you”. Madam, just explain the situation to your client. You really don’t need to get all emotional and talk to yourself like that. I know for a fact that I can have two checks so you simply just telling me to combine them ain’t cutting it. I am not going to have my situation decided for me. Thanks for nothing 🙂

I entered the branch 9:53 am to make deposit my cousin's account. It took 55 minutes to complete transaction. I do not recommend this branch at all. Very unprofessional tellers work here.
