I have family that has had an account at this location since it was emigrant savings and before that I believe. I’m not sure if it’s the franchise, probably this particular location but there’s some serious incompetence there. No fair warning that the location was going to be temporarily closed. Not fair at all since not all services are via ATM. You have to go physically to a cashier. It’s a shame even in a time of crisis that these measures took place. I totally understand it’s safety reason but a better plan could have been placed versus closing the branch temporarily. What if the other locations are the same si no one will have access their accounts. Solve problems when occurring. Once things get better and they open again I will consider if I leave my account with them. A better plan could have been placed. Have more accessibility to all accounts via ATM like the Christmas club. Suggestion: think about creating a special ATM card for the Christmas club. It does take 7 to 10 business to get the cars and to setup. Please consider that as a new platform it might help you in retaining customers in the future. Plus improve your customer service. If a letter was sent I didn’t receive it in a timely manner due to I do not go out to get my mail until the weekend. Like you and everyone else is limiting less social activities for safety, but I do take my precautions like everyone else. I don’t apologize for this statement because everything has been disrupted that no notice is given in advance. Better game plan needs to place in the future. Sincerely, Concern customers
