This was one of our favorite stops on our vacation. Had the flight of wine and the cheese to go along for pairing. We loved it! The atmosphere, the knowledge shared... just overall a lot of fun!

Always a good place to taste. Good for genuine Virginia wine. This has been one of our favorite places for the last 12-15 years. The varietals are well thought out and well produced. I highly recommend this vineyard and winery.

A++. Dave was not there but the wines are delicious and worthy of an extended tastings. Staff are great hosts and the scenery is very worthy

Owned by Dave Mathews. Tasting room was closed for renos so we hung outside under a large tent. No tastings available, only self guided flights. Sauv Blanc, Rosé, and Red Blend were our favorites. Very friendly staff.

pets are allowed mon-thurs inside the tasting room and outside. They are not allowed inside fri-sun, but are welcome outside.

Typically yes according to their website. But we were there last weekend and they were able to fit us in! It was one of the best stops!
You can bring your own food although it is a small space inside to do so...

Not directly. We have food trucks most Saturdays and have a fridge stocked with cheeses, meats and spreads for purchase. You are also more than welcome to bring your own picnic to enjoy under our tent or outside.
I agree with Lou. I would call for a party that large. There is plenty of room inside and out for a group that large.
