Great customer service! Very fast with giving me my order and waiters are very nice. The food is delicious especially the chicken wings and beef and broccoli! I would highly recommend coming here if you are craving Chinese food.

Food was horrible and customer service manager was even worse she is rude and has a disrespectful mouth and that will be the last time we ever get food from there had deliver driver pick back up and take back bland and nasty and raw

👏🏽Amazing chicken teriyaki they give thick, juicy and well seasoned pieces. Fresh fried rice, needs a bit more seasoning but still great. If they made chicken teriyaki fried rice I know it'd be mind-blowing ❣️

They've upped their game over the last few years to really become the best take-out Chinese in town. I think Peter Chang's is pretty great, too, but they're also a different kind of restaurant, I feel. Red Lantern still has that "take-out Chinese food" taste to it. Hard to describe what that is, but if you know, you know. Food is really great quality. Staff is nice and friendly. I couldn't give 5 stars, though, because of the wait. I placed my most recent order in person and it was for 4 meals, so probably a fairly standard kind of order for them. Nothing too crazy, all standard menu items. I waited for over an hour inside and had to ask about my order rather than be given an update. Others were coming and going, ordering and picking up, while I waited. So, I still recommend them, just make sure to order ahead so you can wait somewhere else if you'd like.
