My wife has been in memory care at a facility I n another state for 5 years. They did a good job of caring for but were not as family friendly as we would have liked. After moving to Surf City I moved her to Arbor Landing. I wish I could have moved her when they first opened. The level of care here is significantly better than our previous experience. Communications with me are vastly better and the family support from the entire staff is outstanding. I am so happy I found Arbor Landing.

Our Mother is in Memory Care at Arbor Landing and we have been very impressed with the care given by the staff. They truly treat her as a family member and also do a great job of communicating to families and including us in the decisions.

Arbor Landing at Hampstead is incredible! The staff is absolutely amazing. We are new so forgive me if I don’t know everyone by name yet but Devon and Kate stole my heart IMMEDIATELY. Since then I continue to consider mom and I lucky because of the warm and caring likes of other staff as well, like Tabitha, Angie, Janelle..can’t wait to meet the rest of you! Shout out to Mak(mac?) mom loves you.I can’t wait to meet you as well! My mom came to this country from Cuba in 1964. Since then she was in NJ and so the move near me in Wilmington, NC was a huge transition. Not to mention that she is a seriously independent gal which made the transition even more intense. The family at ALH were patient, empathetic, caring and never for a moment lost sight of the fact that this transition will take someone like my mom a little bit of time.
