Nails Now

I gave this location two tries before writing a review, just in case the first time was a fluke. My biggest complaint is that they do not soak off gel, they just file it off with the electric file. This is extremely poor practice, due to the amount of damage it causes to nails. From this alone, I will not return. (And this time I asked if they usually soak and I was told no, so I clarified that no one here prefers file + soaking to remove, and she said no again.) Also today with my pedicure they didn't do any callus removal, scrubs, or lotion, which was super weird- and literally the reason I (and probably most people) get pedicures! They also always seem way too busy. Technicians doing multiple clients at once, running around from station to station. I would rather wait, or make an appointment, than have my service be rushed and poorly done.

They were ready for me right away, the building is nice, clean, and relaxing. My nails look so much better after they did my fill. Staff was friendly and helpful

The ladies that helped me were super kind and helpful. We chatted, they offered drinks, my husband had a corona, I drank water, and relaxed the whole time. Thank you!

The workers are always friendly and have great customer service😇. My classic mani/pedi with regular nail polish was originally suppose to be $32 but the young female assistant at the desk charged me $58 🤨 the nail on my middle finger also peeled off immediately after. Not the first time that's happened to my nails sadly here too
