My Mopar was down...And...were back she sounds healthy now woohoo Shawn Haugen at Paradise Auto had my rides parts ordered and the top end rebuilt and dealt with warranty claims and had my car back to me in exactly one week. I highly recommend Paradise Auto for all your car needs book your appointment today! I have gone hereb3 times and have been very happy with them every time. Anyone who leaves a bad review is probably trying to get over on this business. I have never had a bad experience.

To whom it may concern, My wife and I come here periodically as needed for the basic oil change. Our latest visit proceeded with a slight leakage a few days and one weekend trip later. We brought the car back in and reminded the team we were here within the last week. After some inspection, the manager John instructed us of the situation. The oil plug needed to be replaced and since we have a record of being repeat customers, they would replace it for free. Of course we are very appreciative of the resolution and don't mind the wait time of 3 business days for the part to arrive. Fast forward to a phone call with John he took it upon himself to check further and determined that our entire drain pan needed replacing. Let this review hold weight for future reference. John goes above and beyond for the customer. He saved our car from more issues and again did NOT charge us what would have been a hefty bill. Thank you for the amazing service!

My mother went in for an oil change and from the beginning was met with rude interactions. The service manager John was extremely unprofessional and even had the audacity to gaslight her and tell her that her car just “doesn’t come with an oil cap” when she found out it was missing upon taking it to a different auto service shop and returned to Paradise to see if they still had the cap. During this interaction my mother also had to give instruction as to where to locate the area for the gas cap (very questionable). Throughout this whole experience she has been met with below standard service from this individual and it’s obvious that his comments and behavior was racially motivated. The one star is for the rest of the staff which seemed to know how to do their job professionally. In case it wasn’t obvious, we will not be returning here to experience this type of “service” and be discriminated against.

Absolutely disappointed! Due to the new baby coming soon we paid for the best car cleaning package and hand wax for over $65 .. unfortunately our car was barely cleaned. I can’t believe they are still in business if this is what they call cleaning. I wish I never took my car here. What a rip off :(

Best if you call them, but they hand wash 1 ton duallies as they are too wide.
