Applied my payment to someone else's account. Spent over an hour over the phone with their 800 number, they told me I would have to contact the local store, which I did, spent over an hour and a half explaining the situation again to 3 different people, including the manager. He offered me a $5 credit for their misspent and the over 2 hours of time I spent dealing with their mistake, he must value his own time at $2 an hour. I am switching out all of our business account and personal accounts next week from US cellular to another service provider. They told me they would call me back when they figures it out which would only take 20 minutes they said, that was a 10:30 am I called back at 4 pm and nobody had a clue on who was suppose to handle it or if it had been handled. The lack of respect for their customers time is enough to make me as an owner of several businesses in the area, I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Went in to just buy a case for mine and my husband's phone, and they refused to help us without waiting on a list for who knows how long. It would have taken 2 minutes to ring up 2 cases. That is absolutely ridiculous. Worst customer service, girl was extremely rude and unprofessional.
