I really appreciate the service provided by the USPS as an organization and by the individuals working running this location. However it's really frustrating how access to the lobby has been changed to such limited times.

Closed on Saturday before a tax deadline. Hours of operation not updated on website or google. Sign on door says to visit location at Erhman way, which doesn't sell postage. The government at its finest.

Called got an automated service. It's great to see that USPS doesn't care about damaged boxes or ones they simply didn't lock up, it's not even an option. If mail gets stolen for their failure to repair it since they don't care I will make sure to press charges for negligence on their part.

This is more of which a rant about USPS as a whole... not this specific location. I've had a pretty bad experience with them no matter where I go. They frustrates me so much on so many different levels. We've had to switch to them for our business shipments and it's been nothing but annoyance after annoyance with them. Their shipping is so slow compared to anything else and it always arrives at its destination way later than what the tracking information states. Our packages are much more beat up and damaged when they finally get to us now. They don't ship our packages together but will list 5 separate boxes from one order under a single tracking number. It's pretty much impossible to track anything like that accurately because if one box gets delivered, the tracking information will be marked complete even though we haven't recieved the other 4 boxes.... and we never, ever receive all 5 boxes at once even though you'd think they would ship them together... they all come from the same place at the same time. They have lost our packages on more than one occasion, one being an 8 thousand dollar order. Their response was to lie to us and say that they didn't ever receive the packages from our wholesaler, attempting to shift blame even though the tracking information stated that it was recieved and shipped. Our wholesaler contacted them because of this and then USPS told them a completely different story, saying that it was on the way. Shocker.... it never arrived and our wholesaler had to get their lawyers involved to get us our money back. Just little things like this are so annoying when you're trying to run a business. And it hasn't just been a one or two time type of ordeal... it's like a constant battle with them. I would use other shipping methods in a heartbeat if there wasn't regulations preventing my industry from doing so. We can only use USPS and it's by far been the worst shipping experience I've had. I've never experienced such aloof behavior from a shipping carrier. I'm super frustrated with USPS.

Mail for General Delivery is held for 10 days. Not sure what happens after that. If the person whose name is on the package can get to the post office before then, they should be able to pick it up.

Ann, Go to any Walgreens go to the photo department tell them you need passport photos. It cost between $12 to $15 dollars if not a little bit more. You will get four color photos. Make sure you have a updated id or DL plus your birth certificate. Pick up your passport paperwork meantime. Go have your photos taken. Fill out your passport paperwork. Take your information down to the u.p.s. passport office make sure you have $$ its pricey.. i actually Had mine done in Oregon April 2017.where i live now. I'm from California which every state addresses their passport issues & prices much differently. With in Ten to twenty nine days later you'll receive in the mail your Birth certificate/ passport. I had to surrender my Birth certificate which you have to as well. i received it back along with my passport so don't worry. I hope i was able to help you Ann? _____ DL. Birth certificate. It depends on the post office this horribly ran office has poorly made signs on the passport door indicating an appointment is necessary for this location.
You have to go into mail office fill out form with proof it's your property and pay 25 maybe 30 dollars. It takes up to two weeks, took me almost 3 weeks.
