Terrible service, we bought a new hot tub from Orleys and there were problems immediately. They gave us a one year warranty which was pointless since they wouldn't fix anything that was wrong. Lights out, jets not working on and on. They came out and took it apart, and then left it apart for almost a month and then the panels would be warped. We asked them to replace them but they never would, lights never got fixed. Nice products but do not go to these people expecting them to back up their product. I have been trying to get them to fix a problem that they charge me $900 for and it still is not fixed and it has been 4 months. Absolutely useless.

From the initial inquiry of gas inserts, to choosing which one we wanted, to measuring for our unit and the gas line, to installation, the salesman, the receptionist, the techs, and Dan were excellent. We are very happy with our insert and the whole process.

Once you place your prefer for a new hot tub…..that’s it! No more calls, you can’t call there (and expect a call back), you can’t get info on your hot tub’s progress, NOTHING! And then, after you get your hot tub, good luck getting anyone to call you back if you have an issue. They seem to have only 1 person for any given job (sales, delivery, repair, etc), so they just say they’ll give the message to so-and-so but nobody EVER calls you back! Booooooo! You are omitting the 6-7 phone calls and messages I left with you over the 4 MONTHS it took to complete my order, all of which went unanswered despite the promises to “get right back to me”. Also the in-person inquiry I had to make (drove out from Ashland) after said numerous unanswered messages. Finally, after 4 months of frustration from ME having to chase YOU down just to get my order completed…. yes, you did get me the rest of my order. If I could have had just one call returned over that timeframe, just one…… To me, customer service would not be “call us if you want to discuss this”. Someone from your management team would read the review and instead call me and say “Hi, just read your review and I’d like to know more about what happened so we can make sure this doesn’t happen again”. You know, courtesy and understanding instead of “Whatever, we gave you your hot tub fast”.
