NITYO Infotech in collaboration with LTI failed and therefore defaulted on paying W2 employee for a 40-hour work-week occurring in early May 2022. The work employee completed was for client Banfield Pet Hospitals. Employee subsequently submitted the hours on multiple occasions to prime vendor LTI - and also to NITYO Infotech - leading to zero compensation for the week of subject more than an entire month later in June 2022 - and still counting. Employee was left with no other choice but to pursue litigation involving NITYO, Banfield Pet Hospitals and LTI with the assistance of Federal and state-level EEOC officials.
