Yes. There are plenty of books in Spanish and staff who speak Spanish.
You don't need anything to read inside. However, to use the computers or take out books you will need the library card, only for residents. Greetings.

On Saturdays people often read and do crafts. The type of crafts changes every week. It is done at 10:30 in the morning.
