This hotel is still under renovation. According to Bonvoy app hotel is renovated, which is not true. They have just 1 floor open for guests, no bistro open and no exercise room open. Not sure why they couldn’t wait to get guests until hotel is fully renovated. I will also inform Marriott customer service about my experience

Very poor customer service. I provided my information with all details via email and phone call and received back the room block contract with multiple spelling and date errors. The code didn’t work multiple times and I had to reach out for corrections. I should have known at that point that there would be more issues. I secured a block of rooms for my wedding over a year out. A couple months or so prior to the wedding I received a call stating that the hotel was closing for renovations and that they were unable to accommodate my group. Luckily, I was able to stay at a brand new Hampton Inn just minutes away instead. I do not recommend this hotel.

I was there for my sisters wedding this past weekend and our customer service experience was awesome. Sanielle was amazing, kind, energetic, and we all loved her. She made our stay so much better and we loved seeing her at the desk each day. Definitely value her because it would be a shame to lose her. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Loved the fire pit. Everything overall was great.
