Positive: Always a nice place to visit. Comfortable bed and the kitchen is clean. She is always pleasant remembers your name and accommodating. Negative: Only criticism is the TV guide never loads with the programs available to watch.

Positive: Plenty of free parking. Lobby & room were clean. There's a refrigerator & microwave in a small kitchen ( like a studio apt ).Some staff are polite & professional, others need more training. Supervisor, is amazing! Negative: Guests sometimes bring too many people into their rooms & it can get loud. Many guests/tenants smoke pot ( inside & outside ), so the whole place smells like weed. Guests being charged extra money, for the smell. I run the fan & open a window.

Since day one I’ve always felt good vibes from this place. I’ve been around middlesex hotels and no other staff comes close to this one.most peaceful environment. Feels like home and love the management. Rooms are spacious and clean. Wifi could be better. Always have hot water, towels and paper toilet

I have never been subjected to worst conditions in my life. The room was disgusting, there were layers of filth that appeared as though the room had not been cleaned once in the existence of the this miserable hotel. The cosmetic damage to the room was also an eyesore. There was a smell that lingered all throughout the halls as well as the room. There are not enough candles in the world to mask the smell, I know as I tried. There is no respect among guest. I asked my neighbor to turn down the music as it was midnight and I needed to be up for work in the morning. They refused. I called the desk and the desk did nothing to help. This leads me to to poor attitude of the staff. The front desk worker met my concerns with attitude as though it was a came as a surprise I had the audacity to ask for less noise at 12 in the morning... god forbid I try to get rest in a hotel I pay what I feel is an undeserved amount of money.
