I will not buy from them again. There is little to no coordination or communication among delivery people, sales people and installation people. The sales person makes promises about what the delivery people will do vs the installers which turn out not to be true. I have spent numerous hours on the phone trying to clarify who will do what and when and get different information from different people. No one takes responsibility. For example, I clarified with the salesperson what we needed to do to uninstall the previous fridge. He said on at least 2 occasions, all you need to do is remove 2 screws. You do not need to uninstall the electric or plumbing for our delivery people to take the fridge. They will do that. So I took all the food out of the fridge, removed the 2 screws, looked forward to keeping all the food in coolers for a week until the installers came. The delivery people told me they never take fridges, that the installers take care of them. They said they’re a completely separate department. I have had service people from Fred’s come in the past with similar communication mishaps (follow up calls not scheduled, no shows, etc.). Something is very wrong at the top of the company to have such poor communication among different divisions. They care about sales, but not about customers.

Why is 0 stars not an option? Because that's what Fred's would get from me. Less than a year ago, we decided to try and support a smaller scale appliance stores when looking for new washer machine. What a mistake. We spent over $2k on a washer plus all of the possible warranty you can get. Guess who hasn't had a working washer in nearly 5 months. We finally had a technician come out from Fred's in late February. They needed to order a new part and they'd call us in a week to reschedule. 2 weeks go by and not a word. My husband finally calls and miraculously, the day he called the part happened to come in that day... What a coincidence. Bad news, they couldn't get us until MAY 4. Over 2 months from the last time they were here. May 4th finally comes around, get a call and the technician is out, need to reschedule to May 9th. Got a call May 9th, technician is out and soonest to reschedule is May 13th. The bar is set so low, I'm expecting a call Friday that they will not be able to come out. I've spend hundreds of dollars going to laundromats the past few months. I've resorted to hand washing a few things out of desperation especially with two kids, one an infant. I do not have a single pleasant experience to report from Fred's. I hope this missing "part" fixes everything once and for all, but if it doesn't, I will be demanding a refund.

Electrolux. I own them myself and they're phenomenal. Large enough to wash comforter, has steam which steams from the bottom, fast wash cycle, stain treat, extra rinse which completely bypasses the soap chamber, etc. I also used to work for Fred's so I know what is good and what is not so good. As far as longevity, speed queen is the way to go but very expensive and no extra features, just very basic although it will outlast any other machine
If you call Fred's and tell them what your looking for they can check All their inventory for you. I've done this with Great Success, I Love Fred's.
