My furnace wasn't working so I called mainstream. They showed up fast and fixed the problem. Everything was good. I then got a quote to install a mini split. It seemed really high. So I bought one on my own and paid a HVAC and electrician to install it for half the price. Then my drain overflowed. Dustin showed up and was helpful and honest. However I was told the block was serious and I needed to replace my sewer line. I got a quote for 20,000. The price was crazy, so Aaron, I think it was, called his manager and she said they would give me a discount but I only had two days to decide. What a con. I called Spokane Rooter (A+ company). He completely fixed my drain for 250$. Overpriced hustlers. Always get a second opinion. Can't imagine how many people have been scammed.

These guys are amazing!!! Our heater went out in Dec. My mother in law was visiting for holidays, They came within hours, presented us with options and then brought electric heaters for us to use until the work was finished. They were fast, friendly, professional, just all around Amazing. Everyone from the very beginning. Thank u so much mainstream for saving our Christmas and getting our heating system replaced so fast.

Professional, friendly, efficient and courteous. Had my water system upgraded, gas lines installed, additional electrical service, furnace and A/C systems replaced, and some plumbing corrections. I had just moved into the house and found a one-stop-shop for all of the essential home systems to be updated and repaired/replaced. They follow up, show up on time, and even call after hours to ensure good customer service. Robert, Zach, Megan, Shane, Kyle, and a few whose names I didn’t catch. All have been a pleasure to have work in my home.

He didn't try to upsell but provided an honest report on our 23 year furnace. He knew what he was doing, we will definitely continue to use Mainstream for all of our housing needs in the future.
