This is not a Dunkin Donuts. It's an empty donut case with an automatic hot chocolate machine. If you're traveling down I-81, saw the sign on the interstate, and exited for a snack and expected something more, then you may be disappointed.

I googled Dunkin Donuts Drive Thrus and was directed to this location. It was an Express, not a drive thru and this was not shown, along with trying to call ahead not being able to get through to anyone.

Too crowded, not enough register workers. Usually much better at this location. Hope it doesn't become the norm. I travel extensively and stop there often and it's never had so few workers. Hope it was just a fluke.
