This was one of my favorite stops but I have literally been here over an hour waiting for a shower. There are open showers that are waiting to be reset and clean towels tossed in.

Today I would give it 2 negative stars if that were possible!!! They said their system went down. Ok fine. But then..why shut down the bathrooms?? Its still a rest stop!!! That is completely illegal and I'm going to the attorney Generals office with this!!! Its only 6pm and you are telling me that I can't even use the restrooms because your system is down????? Does the system affect the plumbing???? This is definitely one of the worst Pilots in America...HANDS DOWN!!

If you like to get ripped off at the mechanical shop. Worst shop i ever been in too in the entire Pilot corporation after I confront them what with the prices were they kick me out of their property.

The layout of this truck stop is messy, hard for Trucks to come and go and park, as well as there's no state souvenirs at all for any tourists (compared to other truck stops), Waited over an hour for an available shower just to be cleaned Been sitting next to 2 used showers still waiting to be cleaned Cleaning cart was just sitting out in the hallway The staff said they paged the guy over the walkie talkies, but then said how the cleaning guy doesn't even have a walkie talkie. So they had to send out another worker to go find him outside. There's apparently 2 other people still currently waiting to go before we even arrived. This is ridiculous waiting over an hour for an available cleaned shower.
