Lol! I don't work there but yes, they do.
Call the Ashery. They are probably cheaper. If you live in Akron area also closer. The Swiss Village caters to the Tour Bus crowd now. The Ashery has really better everything.
They might at the Flea Market on Route 39 behind ZINKS YARD GOODS STORE. There's a vendor in there with all cookie cutters.?
No they do not. Most all meats they carry are cold cuts. (Deli meats & cheeses including Troyer's trail bologna & Guggisberg swiss cheese!)
