They treat thier customers like animals they cancel the trip half way through and then lock you out of the building at night and make you stay outside I don't recommend anyone go on a trip with the very poor running company

Bad scheduling. They said it'd be three hours late (4pm). I leave in the meantime. I call a few times and they said it'd be later (6pm). I come at 3:55 intending to sit there for the next two hours in case but the bus is zooming down seventh. Not only will I be late to work on a day I'm needed early but I have to pay for a new ticket. I called customer service at 4 30 PM asking for a refund since they came earlier than they said by two hours and five minutes. She ignored my request instead focusing on the fact it "already departed at 10 PM" I'm really confused how it already departed five hours later. When I told her that she argued about the time. The scheduling error caused me to miss work and let my team down. I will never even CONSIDER Greyhound again.

No bus station, left in the cold and rain for over 3 hours, long after the sun went down. Elderly people there with nowhere to sit, nowhere to get warm, and a filthy, unusable portapotty which is shared with the housing challenged of the area. Don't recommend for elderly, disabled, or those traveling with children.

This Greyhound station is closed and it was an ugly and remote location. Recently it moved to the new location of ARCO AM/PM on190 NE Terry Lane. The new location is now much more convenience for Greyhound Bus patrons. Greyhound bus station moved again - 22nd Nov 2017. This is much worse at NW Morgan Lane than previous AM/PM gas station on Terry Lane. There is only bus stop sign and it is too remote from a convenience location There is no restroom and so, I was forced to pee at the bus stop sign at dark morning hour. There is no trash bin and so, I threw banana skins at the bus stop sign too. It is too dark and dangerous to stand there in early dark morning hours. I heard the rumor that a woman was violently raped there while she waited for a bus. I decided I will never go to greyhound bus again because Greyhound bus company picked a bad location in Grants Pass.

yes if you choose that as your departure place
My guess would be to ask the staff at A-1 Market. I would also think about the time your going to be gone. With routes being changed and places are being cut from the schedule, It's hard to say the right answer to your question. Safe call would be call or call the city hall offices and they might be able to help. Good luck... Get back to us if you find out any answers. Would like to pass them on to others. Thank you!
7th an A street. A1 Market.. its a sign hanging on the right corner of the building with the greyhound logo. You just wait right there bus will arrive.. an you can go to track my bus an it's let's you know the arrival times if there's any delay.

About $50
Find a ride on Craigslist. The bus depot and all associated with its operation in GP is messed up.
About 45 dollars 1 way
Call Greyhound, not me
You would need to look at their timetable on their website, because that is what sets the time. Just drive time is probably going to be 9 or 10 hours, plus whatever stops they make along the way, and the timetable is the only way to see what that total time will be.
Drivers rarely check in but you can check the status on their website most of the time it's up to date. However the bus is known to come early and leave without warning
This is just a curbside stop, not a station, so you buy the tickets online, and then check in with the driver when the bus arrives
I don't know... ask Greyhound.
Two choices for purchasing bus tickets - 1. Purchase on online, or 2. Purchase at Medford Greyhound station. Greyhound made a bad move to put a pole of bus stop on a dark dangerous street in north part of Grants Pass. It is not safe if you are a lone woman, I heard a rumor that two women were sexually assaults there. Three years ago, Grants Pass had a nice safe comfortable Greyhound bus terminal and it was near to a convenience location with shopping and restaurants. I suggest you go to Medford Greyhound terminal - it is much safer. There is a local RVD bus from Grants Pass to Medford on Monday thru Friday from 5:30am to 9pm. It is only three dollars. It is better to be safe than sorry.
Bus driver will tag your baggage as long as you have a copy of the ticket from online or printer. There is no office at Grants Pass. The location of Grants Pass bus stop is not safe because it is dark and spooky. Go to Medford bus station - it has everything for baggage storage room, and ticket office. It is much safer and secure in Medford Greyhound station.
Online or 800# Greyhound is never on time.. Check out the bolt bus it's way cheaper but you board in Eugene.
