I have used this location several times and generally had average service prior. Today was most likely the last time I use this location and possibly jiffy lube. I get the full service synthetic and also asked for them to check my cabin air filter. When it was finished the price was completely different then the several other times. Also I had to ask about the cabin air filter and the guy had no ideas so we went and asked the employee who worked on it and he stated that he didn’t check it and seemed to justify that he couldn’t access it. This seemed odd to me due to the fact that I personally have checked it several months back and it was very easy to gain access to. And when I mentioned that the two guys clearly seemed to be avoiding taking accountability and give me an answer. I also felt that they rushed my car and was very vague and just wanted me to pay and get to the next car. I just don’t see myself going back to them due to today’s experience and lack of customer service. I get the feeling as if they are cutting corners and rushing through hard working people that relies on their car and trust they are getting reliable people working on their cars.

Great service and a lot of upfront honesty from their various locations. They were the only location that had my oil filter in stock and at all the jiffy lube locations they checked right up front to ensure they had it (which saved me at least 2 hours as the first 2 locations did not).

I was in a hurry and needed my yearly emissions test (of course) on the last day of the month and at the end of the day 30 minutes before closing time. I didn't actually have much hope, but they said they thought they could get it done for me. In less than 20 minutes, I was ready to go! They were awesome and so friendly!

Good service, kind and upfront about costs and showing me the filter from my car. Still surprised at the cost - the oil change was pretty standard but the filters seemed pricey. Paid $115 for standard oil change (not synthetic), plus two filters. They had a $15 coupon but still expensive. All in all it was convenient and close to campus which is what I needed.
