Damaged my vehicle and not great customer service after the incident. I would not recommend this car wash. The car wash took off the cover of my driver side mirror and when i asked for help to locate it after the incident their management was not responsive or helpful in resolving this issue. I have never had a car wash damage my vehicle in the past... i guess a first time for everything. :) I would take my business elsewhere.

I'll change my review to 5 stars if you fix the mat cleaner.(they fixed the mat cleaners) Also, stop closing the vacuums early on the weekend. I get it, you are tired and want to go home, but an hour early on a Saturday is garbage. I'd be terminated from my job if I did that.

Used to be a good car wash. Super inconsistent service. Sometimes all the car wash sprayers work and sometimes they don’t. Overpriced compared to other car washes. The last time I was there I had to go through twice because of how weak the water pressure was and on top of that the dryers weren’t working. I paid $16 for a one time car wash just to leave with a car full of water spots. Literal waste. However when the car wash is working properly, it’s the best in town. It causes the least amount of micro scratching compared to other car washes. Update: Changing this review to a 1 star from a 2 star after hearing more stories from friends and family. Also, DONT LET THEM PUT STICKERS ON YOUR WINDSHIELD. They are extremely hard to remove. I had to use a plastic scraper, goo gone, and an hour of time.

This has been the WORST ongoing issue trying to get the pass to cancel. I moved in October. I forgot to cancel then so the November charge hit and I let it slide prompting me to call and cancel since the payment site wasn't locating me. I called and left a voice mail and they called me a few days after to confirm it had been canceled. Then a charge hit a few weeks after that for December. I still had issues online so I called again and got someone live. They said they would refund and cancel and someone will reach out regarding the refund. Never got a call back and AGAIN in January, another charge. I called again and said that twice now it's been "confirmed" that it was canceled. He then said AGAIN they'll refund and cancel. After a 3rd charge in February, I was fed up and called my bank. The bank was able to refund 2 of the 3 charges. I'm livid to say the least. I need my refund. I had to get a new card all to get them to stop charging. Customer service was the WORST. That's $40 that is still missing. I drove all the way down there before I called the bank to talk to someone and I was told it can only be done online. 🙄 Do not get scammed like I did! 😒
