Sometimes the wait times get a little ridiculous. Other then that the place is great if your looking for help for your addiction or having problems with doctors cutting ya off pain meds. Most counselors there are very helpful and understanding of what most addicts are going through. And are willing ti go the extra mile to make sure that your needs are met. The dosing hours are really not the greatest honestly they should be extended they are not understanding of some people have a hard time making up there that early due to children, work, and transportation etc. They are there until about 1 p.m. and yet dosing hours are cut off at 9:30 a.m. when in reality they should be until like 1130 would be a lot more feasible. 😉

Other than some understaffing in the nursing department and some waits 20-45 min. Half the week and 5-10 the others days it's way better than any other alternative in the area. And the holds....when you make an appointment with your counselor and get there early to medicate, before your session they have you on a hold. Which is very inconvenient when or if you need to be somewhere afterwards. And instead of trying to make an appointment or give you a heads up if you need to see your counselor to sign a paper etc.they put a hold on you instead of trying to coordinate a time to meet which is very inconvenient if that day your in a hurry. I've waited over a half hour just to be told to return tomorrow to see my counselor. They need to work on not putting people on hold who say and do what they're supposed to. But like I said the option (medford clinic) is a million times worse. The staff and nurses are very pleasant and seem sincere. In this area there aren't many choices but I do believe this to be the best one.

It depends on what time you go
You don't. You will have to get permission from your clinic in your state you live in. They will curtesy dose you if they know your coming from your other clinic. If your not from outta state then you can call and find out about when they can do an intake with you to get you started. Hope that helps😀😁😀😁😀😁😀😁😀😁
