Cabins were not as described over the phone. It was not 2 bedroom, there were no TV’s. Had to sleep on the floor due to this. Plus it was filthy underneath the beds. Cleaned it myself. Dead moths and live spiders everywhere. Property is clean, bathrooms are also. I let them know right after check-in about the cabin not being what we were told and all they did was apologize. At checkout told front desk about how filthy the cabins were but they just apologized again. In my opinion apologies are not enough. Not when you spend your money and expect something different. I personally will never stay here again despite how close it is to the San Juan and Navajo Lake.

Older RV Park under new management. Working to improve it. Pool isn't open yet. Our site had good shade so we stayed cool until mid afternoon. Showers were very clean. Laundry was decent. 4 washers and 3 dryers. Dog run had 2 sides so you could separate dogs if desired. Large gravel on sites and roads.

It's our first time here and we like it. Large roomy spaces, many trees and friendly staff. The dog run is excellent. Day trip to Chaco Canyon was great too

Nice, clean, level spaces. Hookups worked great. Sewer hookup was actually downhill from our connections. That was great! Bathrooms/showers were clean and spacious. Their dog park is large and sectioned off into 2 parts. Trash cans were right next to the dog park gates.

It’s 20-25 minutes to the river and the dam. People stay with us all the time that enjoy the SanJuan River. Great trout fishing!!!!
