I camped in the upper loop in a tent on a holiday weekend and had a good experience with no problems. The campground is built on a hillside so expect to go up or down stairs to get from your car to the table and tent pad, but each site has an adequate level area. The camp sites were moderately spaced apart. The pit toilets were cleaned and restocked regularly.

Amazing campground. Grounds were clean and well maintained. Bathroom was stocked with toilet paper and has a cleanliness chart on the door. Will return again.

Stopped here on my way home but I definitely would love to camp here. There bathrooms were very clean and we came across this awesome movie outdoors thing. Im not sure if it works but I would love to utilize it 🥰

This was our second time staying at Agua Piedra. We love the campground. There are outhouse type facilities with a place to get water for washing. It smelled bleachy so I wouldn't recommend drinking it. There are firepits and grills at each camping spot. Beautiful views to be seen everywhere. Can't wait to get back.

There are no cabins in the campground . However with the ski lodge being less than 10 minutes from the campground I am pretty sure there are cabins I the area to rent. You might check Sippapuh Lodge and see if they can point you in the right direction.

Is there a spot big enough to fit a 42 ft motorhome

Kristopher Mckenney | Sep 2, 2020
Bradley Smith | Sep 3, 2020

Our 28 ft barely fit in our site, but there are some larger sites. You can look at each site on recreation.gov to see if there is one big enough. Good luck! Actually just looked for you. Two sites say they can hold a 40 ft (9 & 13). None are listed above that.
