Great RV park. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms/showers and nice washers and dryers. I highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Awesome place! We just got back from a ski trip and camped here. Chris was fantastic. So helpful and friendly! Always made sure we had enough water and anything else needed. We will definitely be coming here again.

These folks are great. I've only visited in the winter time, when it's fairly quiet, but it's a great place to stay while skiing and enjoying Red River. The folks who run the place are super friendly, the bathrooms/showers are spotless, and the wifi is very fast. I did 5-7 Zoom calls a day for a month and never had a problem! They do turn off the water in the winter, but the manager will come by anytime you ask and fill your tanks. I can't recommend them enough, and Red River is a nice little town.

Very nice RV park. Chris has been most helpful to us. This was our first RV trip with freezing temperatures. Just out of town, quiet, surrounded by mountains and along the river, must be gorgeous in the summer! Highly recommend.

Yes.

Trying to nail down our spot for my families winter family camping trip. How crowded is this place in January?? Are road conditions going to be a problem getting to the Red River and other high altitude areas that time of year?

The amount of snow in the area will determine both. Some years they have great snow & the skiing is great. Other years they get very little snow & everyone goes somewhere else. Roads should be fine unless you get there during a storm then the roads will be bad till they get them cleared. It is the mountains in winter ya know.

Do you allow tent camping near our RV when we are there?
