This is a fantastic little place to stay. Yes, it shows it’s age, but that gives it a little character, right? We stayed in 16a which was perfect for our little trailer. There is no electric or sewer for this site though. Thankfully Shannon was so nice and let us plug into site 17 for power and let us dump in a vacant spot before leaving. You are literally a 5 minute walk to the ocean and there are some restaurants right next door. I’m definitely saving this place for future visits.

Phone numbers listed go to some random dude who had no idea what I was talking about/never heard of this RV park lol

So location is what it is all about. The place is in the middle of it all. Fred is amazing. We have stayed a couple of times and enjoyed it. It is snug fit in the spots but again location is great. Son and father love the ice cream store that is a stones throw away. Our fur baby enjoys it as well. It is not a luxury place but has the basics. We will return. It is also easy to get down to the water.

It's a wonderful place close to restaurants, beach and a grocery store. Stayed here long term and haven't had a problem. The bathrooms and showers are cleaned regularly. It isn't too quiet seeing as it's by a busy road, but it's quite calm. The owner is very kind.

Yes!
no long-term parking anywhere in Santa Cruz County you are only allowed to stay 21 days at any given site and then you have to move for 3 days and then you can come back in.
I was there November of 2017 and the park had weekly rates of $275.00 per week. After 3 weeks, a resident has to leave for three days and then return. I only stayed 3 weeks, but I heard that lots of people do their 3 days and return on a long term basis. I would if I could.
