This is an ongoing issue. It is a testament to the impotence of the DOT in managing something so simple as the HOV lanes. Staten Island express bus riders are idling on the HOV lane again today. Bravo DOT. Shame on you again. Reminding you, those riders pay taxes to pay you salaries. You parked your truck on the HOV lane by HC tunnel again causing a backup all the way to Verazano. You are the problem DOT. 12/15/2021
