I give it 4 stars for a White castle. Please understand this is not 4 stars compared to a Tao or a Wolfgang restaurant, it's 4 stars for a White Castle. The staff was very friendly and they did their best at 12 am to get me my order quickly.

The best chain there is!!! Always fresh and hot... if you order breakfast they use real eggs also!! So many delicious items to order, happy eating

Extremely slow with long lines, even with 2 cars in front and it’s been 15min waiting is ridicules. Even when ordering certain things like mozzarella sticks (every time) they forget the marinara sauce, saying they put in bag even thou never in bag. This place used to be good. But service became extremely poor
