We did a pick up order and didn't realize the dining room.closes at 8. They were sweet enough toilet us walk through the drive through (all we had was our motorhome)

Initially, I went to BK to get a Guacamole King Crunch, a new burger featuring "grilled meat, guacamole, crispy bacon, and melted cheese" that I had seen advertised on tv but was told they didn't offer it at the Cave Creek location. 😕 So, instead I ordered one of the new whopper melts w a side of onion rings ... they didn't toast the bun at all, just big chunky white bread? 👎 It was cold, the meat, cheese, onions, etc actually like room temperature, just not good. The pic on the menu board looked so good but it was unfortunately, a let down. My onion rings & zesty sauce were really good though. 😋

Store was generally clean. We were only customers in store. Drive thru showed orders at 8 minutes on screens viewable from my lengthy wait to pay. Service slow and burger was cold... Frys were hot and good. Will opt for competitor next time. Sorry folks...
