My wife Leslie had taken our VW car there for an engine oil change, after they were done with the oil change the service writer informed my wife over the phone that they were done and also informed her our brakes are about ready for a redo which they were, but he also told her that the tires were bad an should be replaced, and was adamant about it, that would have been good but as turned we had just changed the tires a few days before. This is the kind of thing you hear about how theses shops take advantage of a woman, she is not going to know any different. He lied to her, she new there was new tires just put on and let him know that but he still persisted that they were bad. Our trust is gone with that shop so we are going elsewhere for our service and they also lost a brake job, If i was the owner of that store he would have been fired on the spot. It won't let post this without giving a star, but they don't deserve it.

Absolutely horrid service. I got there at 8am so they could install tires on rims that I had brought. They waited till the end of the day to tell me that their machine was broken and they couldn’t do my car. They payed me back, but they can’t reimburse me for my time I wasted.

I paid to have two 235/85R16 tires mounted and balanced. The work was not completed when promised. When I got tires home and unloaded, I discovered that there were no valve stem covers and there was a complete absence of balancing weights.
