I haven’t had the best experience with pain management in the past, in fact I don’t mind saying northwest spine and pain management on South Regal I personally think Is a scam both in pricing and in other aspects. That being said Lynx Healthcare was a complete different experience, from walking in the door the way I was treated professionally not looked down on like I was some less than individual the way pompous judgers try to make people feel. I wasn’t looked at like some drug addict just looking to get my fix… I was treated with respect and compassion. Jesus Rendon was empathetic, compassionate, understanding as well thorough… Not the type of medical care I look forward to continuing but I must say I do look forward to seeing this group again in the future and from what I know the months to come… I’m not big on pain management myself but if it has to be let it be this organization I highly recommend.

I was injured in 1986 and have never found the cause of certain pain and issue until I was seen here. I do not understand why I have been shuffled all these years. I am a disabled veteran who was injured in service. I have received some answers through the years and have received very little relief. I fell 24 feet landing badly. If you have pain issues give them a go and do not be upset over wait times. Relief may be right at your fingertips or theirs.

Main receptionist is one of the rudest people I have ever met. They treat me like I'm stupid. I've seen several doctors and know exactly what's wrong with me and they won't even talk to me for 3 minutes after waiting over 45 minutes EVERY visit, she's telling me it's something multiple doctors ruled out. But you know according to the staff I'm to too stupid. I called my doctor and refuse to go back. The medical staff shouldn't have degrees as they have zero clue what they are talking about. I've had more than 3 doctors telling me it's NOT carpal tunnel and that it is my bulging disc but she is telling me it's not that. She is telling me it's diabetes which I got years after the issue. Oh and don't be there at the time THEY schedule because they tell you to plan better and that you have to be there 15 minutes early. Well I don't, I have a family and life so I arrive at my schedule time. Maybe they should plan patient care better. Terrible patient care at ever visit.

Really disappointed in this office. I had my initial appointment which I liked the provider. I noticed my appointment was at a different time then when I scheduled but I had no proof and luckily I was able to do it. Second appointment, again I scheduled it for 12:30 and I got a reminder that it was at 1pm. I had a card with my reminder, so I knew I was correct. I called and was on hold for 30 minutes. She stated it was because they wanted me to arrive 30 minutes early because it's my second appointment. What!? I have a life and a kid and I had to be back at 1:45 to pick my kid up from school. If it is true, you have to tell people the check in time and the actual appointment time. I've worked in medical and dental office for over 20 years. Then she couldn't get me in earlier that day, as I scheduled for and I was going to be out of town the following week. I know enough about medical offices to know the prejudgement I got from being on state insurance and also how moving appointments around goes and the pretending its something else. It's why I hate working in those places anymore! This review won't do anything for the company but maybe it will help others in their journey to find good care.
