I do not have them for my insurance but a guy that hit my truck has them and so far that seen to handling the claim well .guess we'll see in a while when my trucks fixed.

Worst experience ever! Not specifically this office but Progressive in general. Had an animal claim (hit a deer) was approved for a vehicle in my price range, was then told it wasn't and I was to pay an extra 6.75 plus tax for the 30 days of use. Then tried to call office and was hung up on 5 times trying to get it straightened out. I have called 8 times total plus sent messages through the app. I can never reach claims even in business hours and still don't know if they have straightened out the rental car problem. I want to cancel my service and get a refund for the 466.72 that I paid to renew service three days ago because this has been the most awful experience I have ever had. I would gladly pay double at a different company than deal with Progressive again. Worst insurance customer service, do not go through Progressive!!

Was led to believe progressive would have my back and help me collect from a accident. Don't believe what they say. Just like every other insurance company. If they can dodge responsibility they will. As far as additional efforts to help their loyal customers, that is a joke.
