Rockwell. Of all the property management companies I have seen come and go, this one is thee worst. The pool hasnt been open in 3 years. Sidewalks have been ripped out and not replaced, and now two of my elderly neighbors have said that the new manager lady is unfriendly, cold and just an all around displeasure to have to communicate with. It went from bad to worse. Problem is, it took so long to get a manager here that now that there is one, I highly doubt it matters. Took so long to get one that I doubt she is going anywhere any time soon. We are happy in our little community and we are close. We have talked about how we wish you would sell due to the crumminess of the property management company itself and how bad it is deteriorating. There isnt even a park anymore for our small kids. Im afraid the new manager may be a bad fit and none of us want to deal with her. Time will tell. I just dont understand how you could be rude to an elderly vet who keeps to themself and never makes a fuss about anything. Its tough when you like where you live but the company who owns doesnt work to keep it running properly.

This company bought my complex abt 2 years ago. Proceeded to strip the common outdoor area of furniture and remove soda machine. Then raised rent by $170 a mth. I thought we would at least get new washers and dryers, but no. Only saving grace is a good manager.

Complaints and maintenance requests are not taken seriously. I have been complaining about a neighbor who is a nuisance to not only me, but seemly the entire building, for almost a year and nothing has changed. Breaking the lease doesn't seem to matter unless it affects the company. The laundry machines don't work properly and steal quarters-- another issue that has not been dealt with for months. Stay away.
