I loved my experience there! My son is autistic and hates hospitals and our nurse was AWESOME! She went out of her way to do a nose swab on herself just to show my son it isn’t scary! Absolutely would 100% recommend going for childrens needs! They listen to the parents concerns for their children and treat you like family !!!

My wife and I and our two children needed to be seen for a possible flu. We arrived at this Indigo Shadle area at 7:00 PM. They close at 8:00pm. I was skeptical if we would be seen. I was quickly proven wrong. Staff was so empathetic!!! Staff were friendly, warm, caring, patient, supportive, and encouraging. They were able to see my wife and our two young children within that hour before they closed. Keeping in mind we had one person in front of us too. I am so very grateful for this place, their professionalism and compassion. I think we all need empathy in our lives, especially nowadays. This place is an example of empathy. Thank you.

Urgent care is often viewed as a negative experience; you’re just a number and they don’t care. That’s the antithesis of Indigo. Everyone there is amazing. The nurse even brought me a warmed blanket, completely unprompted, simply because she thought the room was too cold. If that’s not caring for your patient, I’m not sure what is. And it’s the same for everyone else who works there; patient, kind, understanding, and professional. It’s not easy for them in this post COVID world. If the wait is long, cut them some slack. They’re doing what they can to help make sure you feel better. And in my opinion they doing an amazing job. Thank you.

They were quick to get me in, without a prior appointment. What, was super great is they were empathetic to my situation.I think a had contact with everyone working at facility during my visit, they all were fantastic! And a huge Thank You, to Dr. Collins and staff! They kept my issue from becoming much worse, both mentally and physically...

Indigo offers digital x-ray. This is still one of the most common imaging tools and is used to confirm or rule out minor injuries or illnesses, including fractures and pneumonia.
Hi Greg, we are excited to open our Shadle location on Monday, November 11th and will be open every day 8 am to 8 pm, including holidays. Have a wonderful day!

We offer a number of on-site lab tests, including strep, UTI, flu test and TB tests. We also send out more complex tests to other labs. If you have a question about a certain test or screening, don't hesitate to give us a call!
If you don’t have insurance, Indigo Urgent Care charges a flat fee of $175. This fee will cover: - An exam evaluation with a medical provider. - In-clinic lab testing for strep throat, flu tests, UTI, pregnancy (immediate result tests only) X-rays. - Medication given during the visit. Your provider may also suggest additional detailed lab testing or other treatments that will not be covered by the flat fee.
