Love this location! I feel the staff are always friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Have never had a negative experience here.

I had a really bad experience in this store. Today I went to this store to buy a iphone. I was guided into a desk and my name was taken. I have been waiting and waiting ... when I complained to a stuff, she said you are in the list and please wait for another 2 minutes .., after 10 minutes, still no one show up to help me. I looked around, half of employees ( at least 8-10 people) are wondering wround, chat to each other, relaxing etc. NOT busy at all but no one willing to help me. Finally a guy come to me to sell a iphone 13 Pro to me, whole process took 2 minutes. And he said he took my email address and said he will send the receipt to me. I never get my receipt from email. After I got back home, I called the store back twice, they said they will send me the receipt in few minutes. Hours later, still no receipt. Called back, finally they said they cannot help. I need to go back store again to get the print out of receipt. What a terrible service!!! What a terrible store!!! I will never go back to the store.

Allen Preval in the Genius Bar was the best ! Was extremely patient , and very detailed in his diagnostic , as well as explaining ways for me to prevent this issue with my mac going forward. I will be recommending Allen, and Short Hills Apple to all my friends and family !

I will never buy another iwatch. Even though my watch is under a warranty, the glass replacement is not included. In fact, that store has quoted me $220. That’s insane. The store is packed with sweaty people and smells like rotten eggs. I am done with Apple. Consider it my final purchase.

Yes, They replace parts and do software restores and installs.
Yes u can
You have a certain timeframe to make a return. Call Apple to get an accurate answer.
Yes, without appointment they won't let u in.
Call the store you want to go to and make an appointment.
yes
Only if there is appointment available. (For genius bar) if you just need a salesperson then yes. You must book an appt on the website.
You can make the appointment though apple store or go to the mall and make the appointment for the same day or the day is good for you
You have to go on support.apple.com to make an appointment
I'm not an Apple fan I have an ANDROID PHONE I went with my cousin
Yes they do
Inside the mall
Yes,make an appointment and if possible tell them your problem over the phone is the best option.
There is no charge and you don't really need some one to do it for you. You google it and do it yourself... Google how do I put the screen protector on my iPad..you will get step by step instructions.... That's what the iaPad is for.. Try It!
On line and be an early bird.
if it's iCloud locked and you don't know the account they won't be able to help you
Yes
Most likely not. You'll need to drop it off and wait a couple hours until they fix it
You can also call corporate number and reserve it. That is what I had to do.
Battery price is still the same, since it is Apple you might want to get a reservation being that they are often packed
Yes you do, schedule your appointment.
I think 10 am, but it's better to call & ask.
Easiest way to find out is apple.com and select the in store pick up option
Yes
Genius does not do training. The Creative team does and it is called Today At Apple. You can find all of this info on apple.com
Apple nonlonger sells SE. The apple web site will reflect what apple store sells in stores in terms of phones and ipads. On computers, the website has customizable versions which you cant get at stores.
About 6.5% sales tax
I think so.
Yes you do. All stores offer walk ins availablity for same day however this time can vary from 5 minites to 2.5 hrs plus repair time if you have a mobile device. Best thing you can do is book days in advance or be prepared to wait to be seen the same day.
No need to call the store. Contact apple support. They will walk you through getting that cleaned out. They can tell you what to click or take control on your mouse to show you. Calling the store will only have them tell you to come in for a walk in which may take a bit specially on weekends depending on the store. Btw there is no charge.
Go to your sign in page and click forgot password and create a new one.
There's a lot of choices to choose from ,try the Apple store .
You can make an appointment by calling Apple at their customer service department. The representative will ask you several questions about the phone. Than all you have to do is tell the representative that you want to schedule an appointment for the Short Hill Apple Store.
May need to wait 3-6days for Genius Bar appt. Ugghhhh
I recommend you call Apple first to set an appointment first before driving up to the store. It's normally by appointment only, but occasionally they may accept a walk-in client.
Yes, you can make the appointment in the store, which may be a 15 minute to 1 hour wait depending on the day.
Yes give them a csll.
In the parking lot.
Go visit store
Yes, they sell both watches.
If you saved it to the cloud prevoisly and you have the account it may be retreived
Yes preferable to take an appointment at least a day before
You have to go online on apple.com and look for repair options. Then choose the location for a repair. I don't think you need an appointment for entering the store anymore. I could be mistaken though
I am not sure they do have discount card
1400$ because they will make you buy a new laptop
I can't, the Apple store should be able to help, if needed. But, if you've backed up your current device to icloud, then you should be able to restore the backup to the new iPad.
