As a Hilton fan, we are a bit disappointed. The check in was very smooth, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable, great view, but be awarded pictures can be misleading. outdoor pool is not as fancy and big as we expected, a lot of people using it daily( at least when we were there), patio is part of the restaurant for outdoor dinning, cant just go in there and enjoy the seating. parking is not free, will cost you 18 dollar per night. no microwave at all in the room or lobby. Breakfast was not impressive. Staff were nice, but really short staffed. do your calculation before booking.

Service sucked. Definitely judged by appearance of comfortability (traveling long distance) and color (by your own race). Very unpleasant trip by a so-called upscale environment. Unprofessional.

Ok this hotel is very very nice in regards to the rooms. Recently renovated however they charge 18$ a night for parking AND make sure you double check the bill! They might double charge you. If you’re Hilton honors the 15$ meal credit is essentially worthless for breakfast. Coffee is 7$ and They charge 20$ on average for their meals which are merger at best! I would skip this Hilton location and go to their Home 2 down the road with free.99 breakfast AND free parking.

I enjoyed this property for a well needed staycation and opted to be totally contactless. Parking was available underground and I used the Hilton app to check myself in and for keyless entry to my room and for checkout as well. The property is located directly across the street from The Mall at Short Hills which has many high end stores. The location also has an awesome spa, spacious rooms, dining and beverage service.

Yes, the main entrance closes from 12am - 6am, but you can come through the Casino side 24 hrs a day

The room(s) night and tax and incidentals of $100 a night is taken at check in. Incidentals are for additional sevices like room service, phone calls, etc. and if not used is released back to your account. It takes 3-3 days for the credit back to account to be reflected. Please note that it charged on credit card is immediately taken out of your bank account and any released incidentals takes longer for tonbenreflected on you’re bank statement. If you want to use your debit card to pay, I suggest you use a credit card at check in and come to the desk when checking out to use your debit card. Hope this helps
