Nothing wrong with the physical location, they're wonderful people I'm sure. I've had this bank for almost 4 years now, no complaints. Until they started to delay posting my debit transactions or slip in a little NSF fee here and there without me really noticing. I noticed they got me for $150 in the past 6 months because on payday, they post all of my auto-pay and debit transactions before processing my paycheck, even though the paycheck technically went in first at midnight. I logged in today and a debit transaction for $200 for Walmart magically disappeared and they let me spend it again. It's not really noticable if it's small increments, but I did a personal audit and they also got me for $0.32 "international fee" (I didn't buy anything internationally, although I always get stuff from China on Amazon without any trouble) little odd charges here and there, along with the way they intentiionally post money out before money in so they can skim their fee off the top. I switched to Chime, no fees.

Go to Patelco or Travis just not here...Decided to go by and apply for a refinance of our car, upon giving all our info and opening an account the guy helping (Pritat) said we're in the 90% for approval and he will call us by 9am next day. 12pm next day not a word and when we finally get him to answer he says we need more info, such as employer stuff, electric bills etc to reapply and approve it although we did all that and he said we're 90% expecting to pass..excuses if you ask me when he said himself we make twice what the cars worth and it wont be a problem. Now we have like 5 problems trying to get it finalized what a joke.

This has to be one of the greatest branches of one of the finest financial institutions this country has ever seen. UNIFY offers so many great services and extremely competitive interest rates for CDs and loans. It has been my experience that this branch adheres to the highest standards of customer service. They always take great care in positively addressing needs, and I have come to be on a first name basis with many who work there. It feels great when you are greeted by Unify representatives who genuinely know you; it makes you feel appreciated and valued as a customer. When my partner and I purchased out first home near the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, we faced many challenges in those chaotic times, but the branch manager, Rima, moved heaven and earth to help us. Rima secured us a loan and saved us over $8,000. I will never be interested in going to another bank because Rima and her team are the best there is.

I was down to my last actual dollar once and a representative stayed on the phone with me for twenty minutes to transfer $5 from here, $3.50 from there to be able to make a transaction from my checking account. In person they're willing to listen and waive fees if appropriate. Love Unify.
