Hash browns was burnt they over cook them all the time. I asked for two more different orders of hash both of those was burnt. This crazy because this been years... night need to turn the temperature down on the oven

They have a lot of young employees that doesn't know the English they serve the order backward and when you explained to then they give attitude to the clients. I understand people need the opportunity to grow but these people don't look like they trying to learn. A shame I'm not going to be able to cross the street for my coffee and I have to jump in a car to get it in another location.

Horrible coffee here and attitudes because the worker doesn’t understand English, I know several languages and she didn’t want to recite in either of what she knew.

Check your order when buying from this Dunkin Donuts! They are in such a hurry tonight, that they charged me for items they did not give me! They never "thank customers" and they never have the donuts you want! Does not matter because their donuts are not that fresh anyway! Do not buy from this Dunkin Donut! They do not care about customers and in their minds, think they are doing you a favor!
