Can someone please re-train everyone including the manager. Everytime I come in they're not busy and it takes a super long time. Every time I stop by!!! I want to support you but it's hard.

The worst!!!! The workers needed to be sent home, it was 11am on mothers day, running late for church , so stopped for coffee and sandwich. Agent was nasty, rushed to pass my prder to me. Going off to another coworker about a customer yelling Hello to order window...when order was received, I pulled off and my husband opened bag to see receipt showed his exact order: sourdough bread sausage and cheese, cut in half. Opens box: a whole uncut, grilled cheese. We u turn back and he walks in to tell them it's wrong. The one who made the order was snappy cause she was told it was wrong. The one who passed food to me yells WHAT THEY DO MOTHERS BREAKFAST IN CHURCH NOMORE??? How rude!!!! My husband was furious he said is this DD ON THE GO.......?? Then some guy apologized got it right and gave to my husband. Won't be back here

I’ve been ordering at this location for a year on a daily with only a few minor issues. On 2/25 my experience was horrible! My entire order was incorrect! No problem, I will wait for it to be fixed. The amount of disrespect I endured while the manager figured it out was beyond ignorant. “He don’t care” “we don’t have time” “we don’t have knives to add butter to the bagel” “We don’t have time to toast your bagel” They gave me the wrong cold drink. The two hot drinks didn’t have the correct ingredients. The drive thru cashier Crystal apologized for his behavior several times. I didn’t scream or yell I kindly came inside and received a refund. I won’t come back here ever again. The manager was also rude on Wednesday 2/23 after the drive thru attendant had my order wrong and wanted to correct it at the window. He told her “don’t let customers add items at the window” I didn’t she forgot my item. .
