Twice I placed a order through the app for a Java chip frap on separate days. And on both times they did not have Frappuccino. I can not get a refund easily since it was placed through the app. Therefore I was left unhappy with other drinks. Mary I believe the manager was not helpful.

They are always way to busy! Don’t place online orders or they will make you wait 45 min then tell you that they can’t make your order and u can go get a refund from the manager which wasn’t available for another 15 min overall ridiculous don’t order from here!

I love Starbucks. I was once a Starbucks partner and I had a great manger so I know how Starbucks should be with the training and costumer service. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to, terrible costumer service, very very slow with making the drinks. They stand chatting and leave the costumers waiting on the line. Even though, 90% of the costumers are students so they need to hurry and go to class, but the baristas seem to not care about that. This is the closest Starbucks near my school.

I work in the area, and the staff here are SO good. They know my drink even before I order it. They are friendly, hardworking and will remember you when you return. I've been going to them for about a year now, and because of this location, I have decided to make Starbucks my coffee choice (I was a Dunkin Donuts person for a while).
