99 Cents Only Stores

Usually this is a 5 star store, however, today I was harased. ETC. By this Security guard, (l just want everyone to know that this was in NO WAY a negative reflection on this 99cent store or its managers, who were more than supportivee,comforting, helpful, etc. Managers at this store are above the quality of most! I owe my ability to calm and once again shop at this store due to the perfessonal way they handled this incedent and my fear , i would recommend this 99 cent store above all others) , demeaned, injured, threatened, humiliated by a "Security" person, who accused me of stealing' his' cart,and injured me jerking it away and throwing my purse and purchases, on the ground. Would NOT except my explaination,, yelled, accused, etc. Then stated, " I'm filing charges against you because you hit me. I am 5'0", 76years old. Complaint delivered to office, store manager, who was very supportive, and will seek legal advise, since the office has not bothered to return my calls, messages, etc. in reference to physical, verbal. Psycological,, injury. P.s. My only disappointment is with the Company heads, as they have failed to respond or ac in any manner.knowledge what I experienced

This is the worst store, the one manager "chuck" is a joke. If you have a problem he yells at you and runs away. Today Donna the cashier proceeded to return the items I didn't want to the shelf while we waited for her to come back to finish cashing us out. When I questioned her why she didn't do that after we left she said I could have, but I didn't and smiled. This is your customer service???? When I called the store to talk to the manager, I got disconnected. I called back again on hold over 6 minutes waiting. Garbage store!! Its dirty inside and outside. The whole team gets a Zero! Dont bother to call the 1800 number you get some Indian dude who you can't understand and his phone breaks up and when you tell him that he hangs up! So you see even the management doesn't care so why would anyone else! G A R B A G E !!!!!!! Avoid this smelly dirty so called store.

This is a cool store with all the gardening stuff they stuff. As far as food, not so good. The fruit is so hard and it took me almost 3 weeks to be able to open one. Well it wasn't good. A complete waste of money. Not a fan of the food at all.

They're items are so awesome and I always found good stuffs and my grandson loves to use this little step chair and very helpful!
