I have been ordering the same drink for years. Today I tried this one and it was bad can't taste the espresso no Peppermint was added and I paid for double mocha and Peppermint. After the very this bad week all I wanted was my coffee and now it just tastes like milk and ice never again at this place.

I come here like every other morning before work and the staff is always incredibly friendly at like 5:15am and always greet me by my first name it's a perfect start to my day! Drinks are always top notch, too. Definitely one of the better locations in Tucson. HI ALEC

The worst customer service ever!!! I usually get Brown sugar oat milk. This drink literally tasted like pure cinnamon powder😬. Came back to the store to let them know about the drink. Seem like they didn’t care. I got a different drink instead just because I don’t want the same thing happened again. Now the second drink, chocolate almond espresso, taste just like water down coffee with a hit of caramel. The worst place ever. I never had a bad service at Starbucks store but this one was for sure the worst! 😬😬😬
